This India pale ale was fermented with lager yeast, and dry hopped twice during fermentation. Minimal malt character means the hop character in this beer truly shines. Dry, firmly bitter, and crisp. Comet, Citra, and Chinook deliver bright notes of dank, grapefruit, resin, and woodsy pine sap. (12 oz. pour)
This American pale ale brings a full malt character against a firm but not overpowering hop bitterness. Cascade, Loral, and Strata play together nicely to deliver notes of mixed fruits alongside compliments of earthen florals. Finishes clean and dry.
Big juicy, hoppy. Barley malt and oats bring a solid base to this brew. A double dose of Simcoe, Citra, Amarillo, and Cascade hops give this beer aromas of orange sherbet, grapefruit rind, mango, pineapple, and subtle pine. Soft mouthfeel and a smooth, modest bitterness makes this a modern hop head's dream. (12 oz. pour)
Our house hazy is brewed with oats and wheat to give a full body and plenty of haze for those hop aromas to hang out in. A blend of new-world hops brings juicy notes of different fruits and subtle pine to keep things interesting.

Bready malty lager conditioned on ginger, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, and molasses. This beer tastes just like holiday gingerbread cookies. This beer is still dry and surprisingly crushable.
Irish barley makes up this base of this brew, with a blend of roasted malts for character. Rich and robust dark roasted malt flavors dominate in this surprisingly drinkable dark ale. Served on nitro for a smooth and creamy mouthfeel. Slainte!
This beer layers caramel malts with Belgian candi sugar to create a rich flavor profile that doesn't feel heavy. Belgian yeast esters and warming spices give the beer complex aroma and flavor. (12 oz. pour)
This stout is packed with layers of dark malt character. Cold conditioned on whole coffee beans to give the beer an aroma of freshly brewed coffee that pairs perfectly with the malt. (12 oz. pour)

Huge helpings of pink guava are added to give this beer its "Pretty in Pink" appearance and bright tropical fruit flavors. Kettle soured for that clean tartness. Loaded with malted wheat and flaked oats alongside a dash of lactose for a full body and round mouthfeel to balance the pucker. (12 oz. pour)
This mixed culture saison was fermented with a combination of saccharomyces and brettanomyces yeast for a funky profile. Notes of bright citrus, black pepper, chrysanthemum, and subtle brett funk. Lightly dry hopped with just a dash of Loral and Galxaxy hops to accentuate the ester-forward yeast profile.
This hoppy farmhouse ale is brewed with pilsner malt and just a touch of wheat. This gives the beer a simple and crisp base to present the dry, funky complexity of the saison yeast. Hopped relatively aggressively for such a small beer, this beer is spritzy, floral, citrusy, herbal, and just a touch funky. An ideal summer crusher featuring Saaz, Grungiest, Loral, and Motueka hops.
This margarita inspired ale is lightly sour and slightly salty. A touch of lime complimented by citrusy hops make this a perfect beach day sipper! (Can pours only)
